Cancellation Policy for Bookings made on www.alora.travel

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

    • For domestic trips (trips that do not require a Visa or immigration clearance at the destination airport), if the cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to the date of the event, you will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount (or the full price, if already paid).

    • For international trips (trips that require a Visa or immigration clearance at the destination airport), if the cancellation is made 21 days or more prior to the date of the event, you will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount (or the full price, if already paid).

    • For any cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the event date for domestic trips, and less than 21 days for international trips, no refunds will be provided. As we pre-book all our trips with our vendors and partners, we are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations.

    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our business email address: info@alora.travel
       

  • Alora.travel Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a trip or event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient participation, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In the event of cancellation by Alora.travel, we will offer you the option of:

    • A full refund of all payments made.

    • An alternative trip or event of comparable value, subject to availability.

    • A credit for a future booking.
       

  • Refunds: Any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy and within 10 working days.
