  • Pricing: Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. However, once you have received a booking confirmation, the price for your trip or event is guaranteed, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (see "Force Majeure" below).

  • Age Requirement: You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract to book our services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount of the fee will depend on the timing of your cancellation and the specific terms of your booking. Our cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Alora.travel Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a trip or event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient participation, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In the event of cancellation by Alora.travel, we will offer you the option of:

    • A full refund of all payments made.

    • An alternative trip or event of comparable value, subject to availability.

    • A credit for a future booking.

  • Refunds: Any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy and within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Participant Responsibilities

  • Fitness and Health: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate level of fitness and health to participate in our bike packing holidays and cycling events. Some trips and events may be physically demanding. You are responsible for consulting with your doctor if you have any concerns about your ability to participate.

  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, and loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Compliance with Rules and Instructions: Participants are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the instructions of Alora.travel staff and representatives during the trip or event.

  • Equipment: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their bicycles and equipment are in good working condition and suitable for the intended activity. We may provide some equipment; the specifics will be detailed in the trip or event information.

  • Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner, and to respect the environment and local customs. We reserve the right to exclude any participant from a trip or event if their conduct is deemed to be disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alora.travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with your participation in our bike packing holidays or cycling events, or your use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the extent of our negligence.

  • You acknowledge that bike packing and cycling involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, accidents, falls, collisions, and encounters with wildlife. You voluntarily assume these risks.

  • This limitation of liability does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Force Majeure

Alora.travel shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by a force majeure event. Force majeure refers to any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, or other similar events. In the event of a force majeure event, we will attempt to provide alternative arrangements, but we shall not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by you as a result.

All content on our website and in our materials, including but not limited to, text, images, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of Alora.travel or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
